1. Faith & Spiritual Life

1. Actively pursue your relationship with Jesus Christ through daily prayer, Bible reading, and house devotionals.
2. Attendance at weekly house meetings and designated church services is required.
3. Outside religious gatherings require prior approval from house leadership.
4. Proselytizing of other faiths or ideologies within the house is not permitted.

2. Sobriety & Substances

1. Zero tolerance for alcohol, illegal drugs, or misuse of prescription medications. Violation results in immediate removal.
2. Submit to random drug and alcohol screening at any time requested by leadership.
3. Possession or distribution of any controlled substance is grounds for immediate removal and may result in law enforcement notification.
4. Prescription medications must be disclosed and stored per house policy.
5. Tobacco and vaping are not permitted inside any house facility.

3. Curfew & Accountability

1. Be inside by 10:00 PM Sun–Thu and 11:00 PM Fri–Sat unless leadership approves otherwise in writing.
2. Notify leadership before leaving the property during restricted hours.
3. Overnight absences require advance approval and must be reported to your P/O if applicable.
4. Account for your whereabouts and activities as part of discipleship accountability.

4. Respect & Conduct

1. Treat all leaders, staff, visitors, and fellow residents with dignity and respect at all times.
2. Profanity, verbal abuse, intimidation, and threatening behavior are not tolerated.
3. Physical violence of any kind — including threats — results in immediate removal and potential criminal charges.
4. Weapons of any kind are not permitted on the property.
5. Sexual misconduct, including inappropriate material, is prohibited and may result in removal.
6. Resolve conflicts through leadership, not directly with other residents when tensions are elevated.

5. Service Hours & Work

1. Complete the minimum service hours per week as assigned by house leadership.
2. Actively pursue employment or an approved educational/vocational program.
3. Income, employment status, and financial obligations must be disclosed and managed responsibly.
4. A monthly program contribution (rent) is required for residents able to work.

6. House Responsibilities

1. Complete assigned chores and maintain your personal space and shared areas in a clean, orderly condition.
2. Keep personal belongings in designated areas. The house is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
3. Guests require prior approval from leadership. Female guests are not permitted in residential areas under any circumstances.
4. Do not use another resident's belongings without permission.
5. Unauthorized use of house vehicles, equipment, or resources is prohibited.

7. Technology & Media

1. Devices are permitted but pornography, gambling, and illegal content are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal.
2. Leadership reserves the right to inspect devices when there is reasonable cause.
3. Social media must not compromise the safety, privacy, or reputation of Tribe of Levi or its residents.
4. Do not post photos or videos of other residents without their explicit consent.

8. Relationships & Family

1. Romantic relationships during the first 90 days require leadership approval.
2. Family visitation is encouraged in appropriate settings and must be approved.
3. Leadership reserves the right to restrict contact with individuals harmful to a resident's recovery or safety.
4. Honor all court orders, restraining orders, and custody agreements at all times.

9. Program Participation

1. Full participation in all meetings, discipleship sessions, classes, and events is required.
2. Engage regularly with your assigned mentor or accountability partner.
3. Remain in the program for the full committed duration. Early departure without approval may result in loss of program benefits.
4. Violations are addressed first through grace and restoration. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal.
5. Removal due to rule violations does not constitute a refund of program contributions.

10. The Tribe Pact

1. By signing, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the above expectations.
2. I understand that Tribe of Levi is a faith-based ministry and agree to participate in the Christian lifestyle at its core.
3. I give permission for Tribe of Levi leadership to communicate with my P/O, case worker, or approved family contacts as necessary.
4. I understand this is a commitment made before God and my brothers — not merely a legal document — and I will honor it as such.
